Customer Introduction:Guangdong Banggu Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of film related coatings. Including fabric foil coating, gold and silver wire film coating, leather transfer film coating, cigarette pack cardboard transfer film coating, pharmaceutical packaging coating, home appliance film coating, aluminum plated packaging film coating, wallpaper film coating, heat transfer film coating, electrochemical aluminum coating, etc.

Overview of Cold Storage Engineering:

1、According to customer requirements, the cold storage design temperature ranges from 0 ℃ to -8 ℃. The cold storage panels are made of FM certified B1 grade polyurethane flame-retardant double-sided color steel plates and 100mm thick double-sided 0.476 Baosteel color steel cold storage panels.

2. The refrigeration equipment of the cold storage adopts two air coolers driven by imported compressors from Italy's Fujihau, one in use and one as backup. The explosion-proof level of the air coolers is IICT4.

3. The explosion-proof low-temperature refrigeration room uses R404 refrigerant and Fuji Hao compressor specific oil as lubricating oil.

4. The refrigeration control system adopts an Internet of Things control system and has remote monitoring function on mobile phones for real-time viewing and fault SMS alarm.
